

S’mores Cookies
campfire classic blended with an all-time cookie favorite, s'mores graham crackers, marshmallows, and Hershey bars mixed with chocolate chip cookies.
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c unbleached all purpose flour
- 1 c or 2 sticks butter. I like salted
- 3/4 c granulated sugar
- 3/4 c light brown sugar packed
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 pkg 12 oz semi sweet choc chips
- 1 pkg honey graham crackers 14- 15 oz box
- 1 pkg 4-5 cups mini marshmallows total for use in batter and topping
- 1 pkg 6-7 full size Hershey bars
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375*. Add sugars, butter, and vanilla to mixing bowl and beat. (stand mixer is preferred) add egg and beat well.
- Add flour ,cinnamon, and baking powder and soda mix till blended.
- Add choc chips and 1 heaping cup of mini marshmallows,mix just until blended.
- Line cookie sheets with parchment paper for best results baking.
- Separate graham crackers into 1/2 sections(so 2 rectangles per section) place the sections 2 " apart on parchment lined cookie sheets. then using cookie dough scooper or tablespoon, drop 1-1 1/2" dough scoops onto cracker sections.
- Bake about 6-7 min until almost cooked, remove from oven and place one section of Hershey bar and approx 3 marshmallows on top of doughy cookies. Place back in oven for 2-3 min or until cooked and marshmallows are toasted.
